FIELD: ore-dressing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coal beneficiation. Modular enrichment plant includes equipment for coal beneficiation, connected in a single process scheme, at least part of which is mounted on demountable frames and installed on base foundation. Collapsible frames are made of rolled metal beams. Prefabricated reinforced concrete slab is used as the foundation. Proposed equipment comprises dry screen, heavy-duty drum separator, screen for dehydration and washing of suspension, electromagnetic drum separator, thickener, belt filter press, belt conveyors and pump units. Water-slurry circuit is closed, the flow rate of process water added does not exceed 10 m3/h, the water can be supplied by means of pumps from the independent sources. Power supply can be performed by means of one or several diesel-generators.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of coal beneficiation in close proximity to extraction place with observance of autonomy, environmental safety and with possibility of enrichment plant movement.
