SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for construction of digital converters of single nanosecond time intervals. Converter includes stop pulse recirculator made on OR element connected to converter "Stop-pulse" bus, with output of stop-pulse delay line and with first input of AND element, output of which is connected to input of stop pulse delay line and to counter input of pulse counter, which is connected to "Initial setting" bus, as well as a start-pulse recirculator comprising an OR element connected to the "Start-pulse" bus of the converter, to the output of the start-pulse delay line, the input of which is connected to the output of the AND element, wherein output of OR element is connected to input of m-bypass delay line, at the same time contains RS-trigger connected to "Start-pulse" bus, to "Stop-pulse" bus and to control input of additional pulse counter, which count input is connected to start-pulse of start-pulse recirculator start delay line, at that, combined C-inputs of all m D-triggers are connected to input of stop-pulse delay line of stop-pulse recirculator, and their combined R-inputs – to "Initial setting" bus and to input of additional pulse counter set into initial state.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of conversion time.
