FIELD: protective devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention mainly relates to devices for protection of doors of cargo vans against penetration to the load of unauthorized persons or intruders. Suspension lock-signaling device comprises housing with U-shaped lock arc, ends of which are arranged in two parallel cylindrical holes of housing, as well as an inner cavity with a key larva interacting with a locking element fixing the U-shaped arch. Housing is made with open recess for arrangement of loops of the locked object, above which there are through holes for the U-shaped arch ends and a cavity open from the top to place the arch in the "closed" position. Between the through holes for the ends of the arch there is a blind channel with a spring-loaded locking deadbolt arranged in it, which interacts with the sampling on the end part of the U-shaped arch in the "open" position. Lock deadbolt is made with a flank, with which the butt end of the rod limiter of movement of the lock deadbolt, which is placed in the hole made from the cavity for the arch placement, contacts. In the housing under open recesses two holes are made for placement of the ends of the arch in the position "closed", coaxial with the holes in the upper part of the housing, which are interconnected with overlapping cover cavity, consisting of two sections, in one of which there is a signaling device for opening the lock, and in the other one – a locking element in the form of a lock with a larval and a retractable deadbolt interacting in the position "closed" with a recess on the end part of the U-shaped arch. Lock opening sensor is made in the form of interconnected controllers, two limit switches, a power supply, a voltage switch, an information storage and an information exchange channel with external devices. Earring with a ring is installed on it to extract the bow. Blind channel for arrangement of the lock deadbolt is covered with a plug.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of lock reliability due to exclusion of possibility of arches snacking and signaling to driver about opening of lock.
