FIELD: locking devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for protecting the doors of trucks from penetration and can also be used to lock any objects equipped with door latch hooks. The cable lock includes a housing (1) with a shackle made in the form of a rope segment (2), at one end of which a locking tip (5) with annular grooves (6) and (8) is installed, one of which (6) is designed for preliminary fixing of the tip (5) in the housing (1) by means of a spring-loaded spherical lock (7), and the second groove (8) for final locking of the tip (5) in the lock housing (1) by means of a cross-bar (9) driven through the leash (10) of the key insert (11). The second end of the rope (2) is fixed on the rotary drum (3) and wound on it. The drum (3) is located in the lock housing (1). A spiral spring (4) is located in the drum (3), which returns the excessively elongated rope (2) to the drum (3). The second end of the cross-bar (9) interacts with the locking mechanism of the drum (3) in the form of a spring-loaded rotation body (12) and is equipped with a spring-loaded locking and unlocking button (13), when pressed, the locking mechanism of the drum (3) turns off and makes it possible to pull the rope (2) from the lock housing (1). A stepper motor can also be used to drive the bolt.
EFFECT: cable is tightened until a loop of the minimum size is formed to prevent the possibility of opening the lock by breaking.
