FIELD: chemistry; construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of binding materials based on a two-component polyurethane system used in construction and repair of road and railroad road slopes, cones of embankments of bridge structures, bank stabilization structures, as well as ballast prisms and ballasts used in construction of rail tracks, road bases and coatings, as well as for similar structures in transport, hydraulic engineering, industrial and civil construction. Two-component polyurethane system can also be used as an anticorrosion compound when working with road and railway structures adjacent to slopes, cones, embankments, ballast prisms, ballasts and other artificial structures. Binder used for reinforcement of granulated loose materials of structural layers of a transport structure, which is a product of interaction and reaction of components of a polyurethane reaction mixture obtained by mixing: a) component B - a simple isocyanate or a complex isocyanate or a mixture of a simple and complex isocyanate, with the following ratio of components, wt. %: simple isocyanate - 20–80, complex isocyanate is the rest, b) component A - a polyol component in form of a polyol reaction product containing at least two hydroxyl groups, oleate-active with respect to isocyanates, in the presence of additives which form chemical bonds with the polyol, characterized in that the polyol component main additives are a mixture of olein-butadiene-styrene compounds, linoleate-butadiene-styrene, which is a reaction product of a mixture containing the following, wt. %: oleic acid 23–45 and linoleic acid 55–77, and oxidized drying oil as auxiliary additives and a finely dispersed mixture of metal oxides treated with temperature 1200–1700 °C, which is a dusty wastes of steel making, namely dust electrostatic gas purification furnaces with a specific surface of 6–7 m2/g, with the following component ratio, wt. %: 57–93 polyol component, mixture of oleate-butadiene-styrene and linoleate-butadiene-styrene 5–30, drying agent oxol 0.5–10, finely dispersed mixture of oxides 1.5–3, wherein the amount of the polyol component with additives is 55–90 %, and the isocyanate component is 10–45 % of the total weight of the polyurethane reaction mixture.
EFFECT: technical result is improved strength characteristics of structural elements of transport structure.
