FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport construction, namely, to the creation of a road topping structure for landscaping and planning in various urban construction conditions. The construction of the road topping of the transport structure: sidewalks and paths includes a lower layer and an upper layer, the lower layer contains, wt. %: crushed stone of a fraction of 3-10 mm or a fraction of 10-20 mm, or a mixture of crushed stone of a fraction of 3-10 mm and sand of a fraction of at least 1 mm, or milled asphalt concrete granulate, AG 50-90, binder 10-50, while the binder consists of calcium sulfate semihydrate CaSO4⋅0,5H2O, a solution of salts Na2SO4, Na(K)3PO4 based on 1 liter of water: 2 g Na2SO4 and 1 g Na(K)3PO4 or purified reservoir water consisting of 20% reservoir water, 80% technical water, while the specified salt solution or purified reservoir water is taken from the calculation of the consumption per 1 kg of the specified gypsum binder 0.14-0.30 l; the upper layer contains crushed stone of a fraction of 3-10 mm or a fraction of 10-20 mm, or a mixture of crushed stone of a fraction of 3-10 mm and sand of a fraction of at least 1 mm, or milled asphalt-concrete granulate AG, and a binder at the rate of 20-60 kg per 1 m3 of loose crushed stone materials, while the binder contains, wt. %: component A 55-90, that is a polyol containing at least two hydroxyl groups active against isocyanates, component B 10-45, which is a simple isocyanate or a complex isocyanate, or a mixture of simple and complex isocyanates with the following component ratio, wt. %: simple isocyanate 20-80, complex isocyanate the rest.
EFFECT: increase in compressive strength, modulus of elasticity and frost resistance, ensuring the integrity of the structure throughout the entire life of the road structure.
