SUBSTANCE: described is a system and a method of increasing spatial diversity of channels in a multi-antenna system (MAS) with multi-user (MU) transmissions (MU-MAS) using channel selectivity parameters. Disclosed method comprises: communicating one or more centralized units with several distributed transceiving stations or antennas, network comprises wired or wireless communication lines or a combination thereof, using the network as a transport communication channel and using the selection of the transmitting antenna, user selection or transmission power balancing to improve channel spatial diversity in MU-MAS.

EFFECT: technical result is considerable improvement of performance in DIDO systems under practical propagation conditions.
