FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a paint material based on alkyd film-forming agents, having simultaneously the following quality indices: weight ratio of non-volatile substances of 70–75 %, lacquer coating hardening rate at 80–100 mcm thickness at T = 25 °C – not more than 30 minutes before tackle and not more than 2.5 hours before overlapping by next layer; resistance in saline mist chamber to corrosion by notch for at least 240 hours, which includes a vinyl chloride copolymer and vinyl isobutyl ether, a semi-finished alkyd varnish PF-053; chloroparaffin ChP-470 plasticiser, zinc phosphate, rutile modification titanium dioxide pigment, fillers – chalk, talc and microcalcite; thickener; zirconium octoate siccative; and organic solvents: butanol, ortho-xylene and white spirit, with the following ratio of components in recipe, wt%: copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl isobutyl ether = 9.0–10.0, semi-finished alkyd varnish PF-053 = 24.0–25.0; plasticiser chlorparaffin ChP-470 = 1.0; zinc phosphate = 5.0–6.0; pigment of rutile modification titanium dioxide = 17.0; chalk = 5.0; talc = 6.0; microcavity = 10.0; thickener = 0.8–0.9; zirconium octoate = 0.2–0.25; butanol = 2.0; white spirit – 1.0; ortho-xylene to 100.

EFFECT: development of paint material on alkyd film-formers (binders), which has the following quality indices: weight ratio of non-volatile substances in the composition in range of 70–75 %; hardening rate of paint coating with thickness of 80–100 mcm at T = 25 °C is not more than 30 minutes to tackle and not more than 2½ hours before overlapping by the next layer; resistance in saline mist chamber to corrosion by notch is not less than 240 hours.
