FIELD: pumps.

SUBSTANCE: pump unit for flushing of centrifugal compressor flow part is intended for flushing of flow part during operation of compressor, in particular, centrifugal compressor of gas transfer unit. Pump unit is made in single body on frame with wheels and comprises: flushing fluid tank equipped with level indicator, electric heater, temperature measuring device, filling pipeline, filling neck; pipeline for flushing fluid supply connected to tank, on which pump with electric drive is installed in series and valve connected by bypass with pipeline of flushing fluid supply at pump inlet; drain pipelines; control panel, wherein tank is equipped with temperature regulator; pump used is high pressure plunger pump; on the supply pipeline in front of the plunger pump there is additionally installed a centrifugal electric pump, at the input of which there is a shut-off valve and a mesh filter, and at outlet - first check valve; shutoff valve and mesh filter as well as pressure relay are installed before plunger pump to bypass; on supply pipeline at plunger pump outlet to valve connected bypass with inlet to plunger pump, in form of unloading valve, safety valve and pulsation damper are serially installed, after pressure relief valve there installed is pressure measuring device and second check valve; feed pipeline downstream of the first check valve is connected by: a mixing pipeline with a shutoff valve with a tank installed on it; second bypass with shutoff valve installed on it with refuelling pipeline before installed on it shutoff valve; refuelling pipeline, supply pipeline and bypass have drain pipelines with shutoff valves; electric equipment is made in explosion-proof design, control panel is made in explosion-proof shell with explosion-proof cable entries. Refuelling pipeline and feed pipeline can be equipped with flexible hoses with quick disconnect connections. Pouring neck of tank may contain filler pipe equipped with mesh filter and breather with air filter, as shutoff valves there can be ball valves. Pressure switches and pressure measuring device can be equipped with purging valves.

EFFECT: device provides flushing of compressor flow section during compressor operation and can be operated in explosive zone.
