SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a vessel sealing system. Sealing system (2) comprises neck element (3) intended for fixation on vessel and containing neck part (4), having retaining collar (7), cap (14) intended for attachment to neck part (4) with possibility of removal and comprising sealing wall (15) and fixing skirt (16), and opening indication ring (19), connected to fixing skirt (16) by means of multiple brittle elements (22), besides, ring (19) of opening indication contains at least one flexible retaining element (23). Neck part (4) and tampering indication ring (19) are made so that during use retaining collar (7) forms annular seat (11) of engagement, in which at least one flexible retaining element (23) can be arranged at least partially. Retaining collar (7) is made with possibility of at least partial passage between fixing skirt (16) and opening indication ring (19) during first repeated screwing of sealing cap (14) on neck part (4) after breaking of fragile elements (22), and neck part (4) includes annular stop element (29), wherein at least one flexible retaining element (23) is configured to abut in annular stop member (29) during first unscrewing of cap (14), wherein the annular stop member (29) is configured to pass into the ring engagement seat (11).
