SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to embodiments of an emergency monitoring device. Device comprises housing for attachment under instrument panel in cabin, wherein housing comprises front hole, front cover for front opening, wherein front cover lower section is pivotally attached to housing to allow front cover to open and rotate downwards; inflatable shell made of airtight material and having expanded shape, when it is turned, and flattened shape, when it is not used, shell, when in lowered form, is stored inside housing; first and second transparent elements located on respective first and second ends of shell to allow user to see through shell, when it is expanded, and to observe the visual information source on the far end of the shell while the smoke or other solid particles are in the working medium; a first switch operatively connected to the air pump to activate the air pump and thereby inflating the shell to the expanded shape when the shell is to be deployed; and tubular air channel connecting air pump and shell.

EFFECT: higher safety due to obtaining vital information for aircraft control.
