FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, particularly to the rotorcrafts designs. Screw (3, 3`, 3``) for aircraft (1) capable of hovering comprises bushing (7) rotating around first axis (A) and at least two blades (6) pivotally connected with bushing (7). Each blade (6) comprises main section (10) pivotally connected to bushing (7), and end section (11, 11``), which is most distant in radial direction from first axis (A) relative to corresponding main section (10). End section (11, 11``) of each blade (6) is made with possibility of selective movement relative to corresponding main section (10) of blade (6) between the first position, in which it forms positive or negative dihedral angle (α) relative to corresponding main section (10), and second position, in which it forms positive or negative angle (β) of sweep relative to corresponding main section (10).
EFFECT: maintaining aerodynamic efficiency in hovering mode and reducing noise level in horizontal flight mode.
