SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to propellers of aircraft. System of rotor blades has multiple rotor blades, in which at least one of rotor blades includes outer surface, having mainly opposite first and second surfaces. Rotor blade includes a fluid medium flow changing surface located relative to one of the first or second surfaces, which is made with possibility of movement between the first and the second positions. Movement of the surface fluid-changing surface is provided by means of an expandable element made from elastically flexible material.

EFFECT: improved flight performance during flight in hang-up mode.
