SUBSTANCE: device (1) for adjusting orientation of butt (2) of hand firearm (H) relative to barrel (4) of hand firearm (H) comprises ball hinge (8) located between butt (2) and front part (3), rigidly connected with barrel (4). Front part (3) comprises first part (9) of hinge, second part (10) of hinge made with possibility of rotation relative to first part of hinge comprises an upper part. First part (9) of the hinge and second part (10) of the hinge joint are connected to each other by means of fixing device (11) with the possibility of opening and fixation, besides, fixing device (11) contains at least one fixing element (12). First part (9) of hinge comprises spherical, in particular ball, hinged head (13) installed in corresponding recess (14) of second part (10) of hinge, and fixing device (11) comprises clamping part (15), which also has recess (16) for partial reception of spherical hinged head (13). Hinged head (13) in fixed state of device is clamped by one fixing element (12) between second part (10) of hinge and clamping part (15).

EFFECT: simplification of operation, higher reliability of hand firearms.
