FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a fixing system for chemical fastening of fasteners in mineral surfaces, and in particular such as structures, made of brickwork, concrete, permeable concrete or natural stone. Fastening system includes chemical anchor. It is a ready-for-use two-component system of mortar based on alumina cement and an anchor rod. This rod has a fastening zone and an anchoring zone, which can be inserted into the drilled hole. These zones have shaped section. It includes multiple sections of expansion arranged in axial direction in a row, which have a conical shape. At that, anchor rod in anchoring zone has non-sticking surface in relation to curable mass of mortar. This provides possibility of disconnection of anchor rod from hardened shell at tensile load, its movement in axial direction, destruction of hardened shell by conical section shape and expansion with stress force in zone of cracks. Each of the plurality of expansion sections has a passage in the form of a flow channel extending along a spiral along the anchoring zone.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of fixing system reliability.
