FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a two-component mortar system for chemical fastening of fasteners in mineral surfaces. Two-component system of mortar contains curable component A of aqueous phase of alumina cement or aqueous phase of cement from calcium sulphoaluminate and an initiator component B in the aqueous phase to initiate the curing process. Component A additionally contains at least one blocking agent selected from a group consisting of phosphoric acid, metaphosphoric acid, phosphorous acid and phosphonic acids, at least one plasticiser and water. Component B comprises an initiator, at least one setting retarder, at least one mineral filler and water. Initiator contains a mixture of salts of alkali and/or alkali-earth metals. At least one setting retarder is selected from a group consisting of citric acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid, salicylic acid, gluconic acid and mixtures thereof. At least one mineral filler is selected from a group consisting of limestone fillers, sand, corundum, dolomite, alkali-resistant glass, crushed stone, gravel, pebbles and mixtures thereof. Two-component system of mortar is used for chemical fastening of fasteners in mineral surfaces.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of fixing fasteners, longer storage time of mortar system.
