USE OF AMORPHOUS CALCIUM CARBONATE IN FIRE-RESISTANT INORGANIC MORTAR SYSTEM BASED ON ALUMINATE CEMENT TO INCREASE LOAD VALUES AT ELEVATED TEMPERATURES Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC C04B28/06 C04B40/00 E21D20/02 C04B14/28 C04B111/20

Abstract RU 2762180 C2

FIELD: building materials.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the use of amorphous calcium carbonate in a fire-resistant inorganic mortar system for fire-resistant chemical fastening of anchors and glued reinforcing rods in mineral bases containing a curable component of aluminate cement A and an initiator component B to initiate the curing process, wherein the component A additionally contains at least one blocking agent selected from a group consisting of phosphoric acid, metaphosphoric acid, phosphorous acid and phosphonic acids, at least one plasticizer and water, and the component B contains an initiator, at least one setting retarder, at least one mineral filler and water. In addition, the present invention relates to the use of amorphous calcium carbonate in fire-resistant inorganic mortar to increase load values, as well as to a method for fire-resistant chemical fastening of anchors and glued reinforcing rods, preferably metal anchors and glued reinforcing rods, in mineral bases, such as structures made of brickwork, concrete, permeable concrete or natural stone. A method for preparing a fire-resistant inorganic mortar system is also described.

EFFECT: obtaining a fire-resistant inorganic mortar system.
