FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, particularly to pediatric urology. Distal portion of the pathological ureter is mobilized transperitoneally from the level of iliac vessels to the bladder. Ureter is bandaged and cut off from the bladder, detrusor is separated in the posterior wall of the bladder of the detrusor in a transverse direction at two points throughout the length to the mucous membrane with expansion of the formed openings. Submucosal tunnel is formed in a transverse direction from one to the other formed holes. Ureter is moved into the tunnel. Hole is created on the opposite side of the mucous membrane. Stent is installed and anastomosis is applied between ureter and bladder mucosa. Detrusor is closed on top of ureter in place of formed neo-opening and ureter is fixed in point of entry into tunnel to detrusor.
EFFECT: method enables creating an effective anti-reflux mechanism, performing ureter mobilization throughout its length, reducing intraoperative injuries, reducing the probability of developing postoperative complications and preventing neurogenic bladder disorders in the remote postoperative period.
