FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to urology. A pathological ureter is mobilized in a distal portion, followed by an antireflux tunnel formation in the transverse direction. That is ensured by transverse dissection of the detrusor to the bladder mucosa. Detrusor edges are dissolved by grasper. Before the reimplantation, an internal drainage stent is placed in the ureter. A hole in which a distal "curl" of the stent is moved in the place of the suspected mucosa in the mucous membrane and a ureterocystoneostomy is formed with separate mucous-muscular sutures. Then ureter is placed into formed bed and detrusor is closed above it with separate interrupted sutures. At tunnel inlet, ureter is fixed to detrusor by sutures in order to prevent its extravesicalization.
EFFECT: method enables effective and less traumatic reconstitution of a ureterovesical segment with reduced probability of postoperative complications.
