FIELD: pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary pump. Pump comprises housing 1, two rotors 6, 7 with teeth 8 with curvilinear side surfaces made on epicycloid or other curve with outer cylindrical surface with radius R. Each of surfaces of rotors 6, 7 located between teeth is made in form of convex cylindrical surface with radius r<R. Distance between axes of shafts 4, 5 is equal to sum of specified radii. On shafts 4, 5 there are gears-sprockets interacting with different sides of double-sided toothed belt actuating rotors 6, 7, ensuring their opposite rotation from third gear-sprocket, installed on drive motor. Angular dimensions of cylindrical surfaces of teeth 8 of radius R are reduced by angular size of not less than α. Angular dimensions of cylindrical surfaces between teeth 8 of radius r are increased by angular size of not less than α. Angle value α determines elastic deformation of drive belt teeth under load.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing pump efficiency due to increased speed and noise reduction during pump operation.
