FIELD: pyrotechnic device initiation systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical means of initiating fireworks and modular salute batteries based on said package of electric igniters and can be used in carrying out fireworks and pyromusic show programs. Package of electric igniters is made by means of soldering or contact welding of standard electric igniters to lamellar contacts of card for edge connectors and slots. Card is made from brittle sheet single- or double-side-permeable dielectric material. Foots of lamellar contacts are closed by a fuse, which provides for closing of all contacts between each other. In case of double-non-foil card, foil layers on safety lock are connected by short-circuit bridge by means of soldering or contact welding. Perforation line is made between the safety device and lamellar contacts, thus the safety device is made breakable along the perforation line. Alternatively, the safety device is made in the form of detachable cap with metal insert closing all lamellar contacts between each other. Wires for the package of electric igniters are flat multi-core cable, and the set is put into a package by a combined connector – IDC/card with lamella contacts for slots. Pyrotechnic modules of various types – straight and fan-type, composed of single shots, fountains, flares and other firework items with initiation from built-in electric igniters, assembled into packages. Various types of salvage batteries are made up of two or more modules. Combined salute batteries with lines pierced with fire cords and initiation of each line from built-in electric igniters from packages.

EFFECT: possibility of charging and safe transportation to the place of fireworks display of any firework items due to reliability of protection against static and induction currents by bridge of short-circuiting of contacts on the safety plate; connection in multiple packs reduces labor intensity and preparation time of fireworks on launching pad.
