FIELD: radio engineering and communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and is intended for conversion of electromagnetic field energy of microwave range of radio waves into direct current. Device can be used in radar ranging, detection of microwave radiation sources, etc. Device consists of M=2,3,4 … rows, each of which contains N=1,2,3,4 … dipoles located in the same plane and equidistant from each other, and M(N-1) detector diodes. At that, in each of M rows ends of adjacent vibrators are connected to each other (N-1) by detector diodes in direct current, connected in series and unipolar, and free ends of extreme vibrators of M rows are connected to each other in parallel and unipolar and connected to antenna load. Vibrators of antenna array are made in the form of open circular cyclists, each of which has radius R=(0.16–0.18)λ, distance between centers of adjacent vibrators in the row, as well as distance between centers of adjacent dipoles in adjacent rows is equal to 2R+λ/4, where λ is radiation wavelength.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is expressed in providing an isotropic antenna pattern in the plane of the antenna array, as well as widening the spectrum band of receiving microwave antenna signals while maintaining simplicity and reliability of the structure.
