FIELD: building material industry. SUBSTANCE: unit has moving frame with vibrators mounted on framework on shock absorbers, and dispenser. The latter includes supporting frame with horizontal guides, supply bunker, and box-type feeder coupled to power cylinder rod. Guide bushes and power cylinder with punch suspended from it are secured to carriage. Plungers consist of upper and lower sections. Matrix with moving bottom is positioned on crosspiece along vertical axis of framework. Moving bottom is coupled to power cylinder rod and is responsible for rod horizontal reciprocal motions. Moving frame is positioned under matrix coaxially with it. Moving frame is provided with port for passage of pan when removing the forms of finished article. Pan is positioned on stacked installed under moving frame coaxially with matrix. Length and width of moving frame port are 1.01-1.25 times, respectively, as large as length of longitudinal and width of lateral operating surfaces of matrix. Distance from moving bottom contacting the moving frame to operating surface of punch in extreme upper position is 1.2-2.1 times as large as matrix height. Interaxial distance between upper sections of plungers is by 1.25-2.5 times smaller than that between lower sections of plungers. EFFECT: higher efficiency and improved quality. 3 cl, 4 dwg
