FIELD: industry of building materials, in particular, for production of products of building composites. SUBSTANCE: the unit has a bed with a movable frame, having vibrators and distributing devices. Each distributing device consists of a service bunker installed on a supporting frame and a hopper feeder. The feeders are connected to their actuating cylinders. The upper sections of the supporting frames are interconnected by a thrust frame with guide bushes enveloping the upper and lower plungers secured on the punch and matrix, respectively. The thrust frame carries also the actuating cylinders connected through rods to the punch and matrix, having a horizontal movable driving bottom. Installed in the lower section of the matrix and supporting frame of the main distributing device are guide rollers engageable with the movable bottom. Located under the matrix is a movable frame, having an opening for passage of the finished product from the matrix of the inventory pan to the slinging device at dismantling of forms. The actuating cylinders of vertical movements of the punch and matrix are installed on a fixed thrust frame, the length and width of the movable frame opening exceed the length of the longitudinal and width of the transverse bearing surfaces of the matrix by 1.01 to 1.25 time. The distance between the movable bottom engageable with the movable frame and the bearing surface of the punch in the extreme upper position exceeds the matrix height by 1.2 to 2.1 times. The center distance between the plungers is less than the center distance between the lower plungers by 1.25 to 2.5 times. EFFECT: enhanced capacity and quality of products. 3 cl, 4 dwg
