FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of cumulative charges for perforation systems used for intensification of oil recovery, namely, to design of lining of cumulative charges. Cumulative charge lining has conical shape with radius part at top, variable height thickness, pressed from iron-based metal laid between inner and outer conical walls. Iron is used in form of powder, lead is used as binder, and additionally oil and graphite in following amounts, wt%: lead in amount of 8.5–18.5 %, oil in amount of 0.1–0.5 %, graphite 0.5–1.0 %, iron powder – the rest. Iron powder PZhR can be used. Iron powder PZhV can be used. Iron powder with diameter of 45–200 mcm can be used. Inner and outer walls can be made with different angles at the vertex. Inner wall can be made with apex angle of 40–50°. Outer wall can be arranged at angle of 2° larger than inner wall. Minimum thickness of lining wall in radius part may be: δmin=(0.015–0.025) D, where: D is the outer diameter of the lining.
EFFECT: invention increases cumulative jet penetration depth.
