FIELD: communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to mobile communication devices and networks. Disclosed is a communication system in which there is a base station for communicating with a plurality of mobile communication devices in a cellular communication system. Base station controls one or more communication cells and transmits subframes with each of plurality of communication devices within cell(s), wherein each of the subframes comprises control area communication resources for control channel transmission and data area communication resources for transmitting the corresponding data channel. Base station transmits control channel having first DMRS sequence in control area of some subframes, and control channel, having second DMRS sequence in control area of other subframes. Second control channel may be transmitted in the beam focused spatially towards the communication device. First control channel may be transmitted omnidirectional throughout the cell(s).

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of system.
