SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a slurry polymerization method. Method comprises steps of providing a composition comprising droplets distributed in an aqueous medium, wherein said drops contain 4-vinylphenylboronic acid, dissolved in an organic solution containing one or more monomers and one or more initiators, and aqueous medium contains polyvinyl alcohol; wherein said 4-vinylphenylboronic acid is present in amount of 0.05 % or less by weight with respect to weight of said organic solution. Further, composition temperature is increased to 65 °C or higher such that initiator initiates monomer polymerisation.

EFFECT: technical result is providing a slurry polymerisation method without using gelatine or other animal products to obtain a stable suspension of drops, distributed in an aqueous medium, suitable for slurry polymerisation, where result of such aqueous polymerisation is polymer granules with uniform distribution on size.
