The said copolymer contains (a) arylboron-containing repeating units each containing boronic acid, (b) repeating units of at least one phosphorylcholine-containing vinyl monomer, and (c) acrylic monomer units of at least one acrylic monomer containing 3–16 carbon atoms.

EFFECT: use of the invention improves the properties of lubrication and wetting.
