SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a set of polymer granules, including (a1) the formation of the first set of monomer droplets in an aqueous medium in a container, where the first set of monomer droplets is characterized by an average volumetric diameter DAV1 and is characterized by a uniformity coefficient of less than 1.3; (a2) the formation of the second set of monomer droplets in an aqueous medium in a container, where the second set of monomer droplets is characterized by an average volumetric diameter DAV2 and is characterized by a uniformity coefficient of less than 1.3, while DAV1 and DAV2 differ by 10 mcm or more; where either the stage (a1) and the stage (a2) are carried out simultaneously; or the stage (a2) is carried out after the stage (a1), while the first set of monomer droplets remains in the container; or a combination thereof; and (b) after stages (a1) and (a2), the polymerization of monomer droplets by polymerization in a suspension to form polymer granules, while a uniformity coefficient (UC) is UC = D60/D10, where the parameter D60 is a diameter value, which is characterized by that exactly 60% of the set of particles by volume has a diameter less than or equal to D60, the parameter D10 is a diameter value, which is characterized by that exactly 10% of the set of particles by volume has a diameter less than or equal to D10.
