SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the vehicles electrical traction systems. Method of electric power generation with electric vehicle for its movement consists in the fact that mechanical system of electric vehicle produces electric energy at movement of electric vehicle. Working member of mechanical system consists of friction overrunning clutch of free travel of double action, which receives load from drive mechanism of reciprocating movement, which simultaneously drives two clutches of overrunning clutch. Hub is installed on the shaft of the electric generator armature. Friction overrunning freewheel clutch consists of hub, on which there are sockets arranged in two rows along circumference of hub, in which rollers are installed, squeezed out by plungers with springs. On the hub there are seats fitted with sliding fit, teeth are located on external surface of the holders. Drive mechanism has the shape of frame with teeth located on inner sides of toothed racks. Frame with the drive mechanism teeth is fixed by the rod end to the electric vehicle axle hingedly. Electric flywheel shaft is fitted with flywheel. Electric generator generates electric energy for traction batteries charging.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the mileage of the electric vehicle.
