SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, particularly, to vehicles with foot-controlled and mechanical cumulative energy drives. The vehicle is driven by a foot-controlled and a mechanical drive. The drive accumulates potential energy capacity by the mass of the flywheel accumulating it followed by release of kinetic energy for movement of the vehicle. The vehicle is comprised of a frame with front driven travel wheels with a steering wheel, rear travel driving inertial motor wheels with foot-controlled drive. Movement is made possible due to alternating pushing off the road surface, movement by a mechanical drive accumulating potential energy capacity by the mass of the flywheel accumulates said capacity followed by release of kinetic energy for vehicle movement. The flywheel is located within the disks of the travel driving wheel. The travel driving wheel is comprised of a support disk fixated by mounting brackets on the disk of the travel driving wheel.
EFFECT: reduced load on the body of a user.
