FIELD: hand tools.

SUBSTANCE: tongs (1) contain two arms (2, 3) arranged crosswise, and connecting them an insert hinge made in the form of hinged bolt (8). Hinged bolt (8) has first conical section (19) expanding towards external side (18) of arm (2,3) of tongs, wherein tick arm (2, 3) has second conical section (21) conjugated with first conical portion (19), which adjoins first conical section (19) and changes into first inlet section (22) extending to outer side (18) of mite arm (2, 3). Hinged bolt (8) has second inlet section (20), which is made from external side (18) of arm (2, 3) of tongs and passes perpendicular to axis (x) of hinge with overlapping with first inlet section (22), wherein first and second inlet sections (22, 20) are made in circumferential direction and confining in radial direction formed between each other and having the shape of round ring free space (23), radial size (a) of which is 0.05–0.15 of radial size (b) of second inlet section (20) of hinged bolt (8) measured from hinge axis (x).

EFFECT: technical result of claimed invention consists in creation of ticks, additionally improved in functional relation.
