FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a surface-coloristic method for determining an analyte in air using an indicator tube. Method consists in passing a dose of analyzed air through an indicator tube using an aspirator and determining content of analyte on a calibration curve. Concentration of the analyte is determined from a surface three-dimensional calibration curve of concentration of the analyte on the length of the colored indicator zone of the indicator tube and time of air pumping through the indicator tube, which is fixed with an aspirator switch.
EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of analysis, exclusion of selection of indicator tubes with preset analysis time.
