FIELD: test technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pneumatic vacuum tests, namely to systems of pneumo-vacuum tests of sealed structures of space equipment items outside of the pressure gauges. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the device comprises a computer, a matching device and a unit of electropneumatic valves controlled by a computer. Positive effect of device for conducting pneumatic vacuum tests of tight structures consists in possibility of drainage of gases from tested sealed structures; possibility of evacuation of cavities of tight structures by means of external vacuum facilities; possibility of performing operations for dispensing, draining and vacuumizing gases in automatic mode; leakproofness of tested sealed structures.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility to remove gas medium from sealed structure and to vacuumize cavity of sealed structure by means of external vacuum means, to assess tightness of sealed structure by pressure drop, according to algorithm established by program of pneumatic vacuum tests with minimum intervention in testing of maintenance personnel.
