FIELD: mechanic.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing complex pneumatic systems and can be used to test the pneumatic hydraulic systems of spacecrafts and devices of the executive automation of the spacecraft for strength, tightness and search for structural defects. The system contains a pneumatic system with automatic pressure control by means of a microprocessor-based control body of continuous operation to the inputs of which pressure sensors are connected by means of analog-to-digital converters. The system consists of a body which contains inlets for several working gases. The system includes an outlet for connecting the test object. The inlets are connected with the outlet. The system also encompasses output lines for pressure relief and helium evacuation from the test object connected with the outlet. The system in the inlets is made by means of electro-pneumatic valves and overpressure sensors. The system in the outlet is made by means of a proportional pressure regulator, an electro-pneumatic valve and an overpressure sensor. The system in the pressure relief line is made by means of electro-pneumatic valves. The system in the helium evacuation line is made by means of an electric vacuum pump, vacuum electro-pneumatic valves and a sensor of vacuum pressure, and the microprocessor control body includes an operator panel made on the outside of the case.
