FIELD: cosmonautics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to cosmonautics, namely to means of observation and tracking flight of spacecraft - ground-based control systems, more specifically to ground-based command-measuring systems. Ground-based station of the command and measurement system for controlling geostationary spacecraft is a hardware-software system for controlling flight of a spacecraft with computers combined into a cluster, and redundant high-frequency equipment, connected by means of a data transmission system with a hardware-software flight control system of a spacecraft, which is a human-to-machine system, a flight control centre. At that, ground station is under control of hardware and software of flight control centre without direct human participation and includes high-frequency data transmission channel and a high-frequency data reception path with hot redundancy of each active element in said high-frequency paths. In said cluster, which is part of high-frequency data transmission path and high-frequency data reception channel, each computer is equipped with digital signal processing system based on PCI Express card for automatic control of data transfer between spacecraft and ground control system and provides for functional separation of control and administration software.
EFFECT: proposed invention provides reliable round-the-clock operation of ground station of command-and-measurement system with preservation of data during emergency situations with minimization of human factor impact on operation of ground control system.
