SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to destructive tool for destruction of rocks, method of destruction of rocks by means of destructing tool. Destructive tool for destruction of rocks comprises main part with convex longitudinal side, first working end is equipped with undercutting tool for making a notch, parallel to cutting bottom in first segment of sawing wall, which starts directly from cut bottom, and second working end. At that, the second working end is equipped with a crushing tool and is intended for application of compression force to the second segment of the sawing wall. Second segment is located at the opposite bottom of the beginning of the cut. Cross-section increases in direction from first working end to second working end. Hinged cantilever is rigidly connected to main part at second working end for suspension of destructing tool to movable bracket of construction machine.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of breaking rock and reduced vibration.
