FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a paint-and-lacquer material. Said lacquer coating material is used to produce coatings on acrylic copolymer-based concrete floors, which have simultaneously high rate of hardening of paint coating with thickness of 80–100 mcm to degree 3 (according to GOST 19007-73) – not more than 1 hour (at T=20±3 °C)) and high strength to abrasion – not less than 6 kg/mcm (GOST 20811-75, method A). Lacquer coating contains: styrene-acrylic copolymer Acrylon 101 – 45–47 wt%; thixotropic additive – organophilic bentonite Claytone-APA – 0.3 wt%; thickener PANGEL® B20 – 0.1 wt%; dispersant EFKA 5054 – 0.5 wt%; plasticiser dibutyl phthalate – 0.5 wt%; titanium dioxide pigment P – 7 wt%; fillers – fractioned micromica MC 05-90 FRAMICA® – 6 wt% and microwollastonite MIWOLL®-30 – 4.5–6.5 wt% and organic solvents: white spirit – 3 wt% and ortho-xylene – the rest up to 100 wt%.
EFFECT: technical result is the development of a paint material on acrylic film-forming agents, which has a high rate of hardening the paint coat with thickness of 80–100 mcm to degree 3 – not more than 1 hour (at T=20±3 °C) and high wear resistance: not less than 6 kg/mcm.
