FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and is intended for the preventer pressure testing in the inclined well in field conditions and/or at the bench inclined well of the production service base. Bench of pressure preventer in inclined well includes support pipe passing through preventer housing, external cylindrical recess made on support pipe, in external cylindrical recess bottom plate is installed support plate, an elastic collar, a clamping plate, wherein in the support pipe there is a vertical through slot in which a pin is installed with the possibility of limited movement within a vertical through slot, a rod installed in the support pipe, as well as a support washer and a pump. Support pipe is equipped with upper and lower rows of radial holes. Support plate arranged from below upwards on external cylindrical sample of support pipe, elastic collar, clamping plate are fixed rigidly. Elastic collar is made in form of self-sealing cuff passing from bottom to top. Hollow rod is installed inside the support pipe. Support pipe between upper and lower rows of radial holes is equipped with vertical through slots opposite to which on outer surface of support pipe there is a support washer spring-loaded from bottom to top up against the stop, made in the form of circular recess on outer surface of support tube above lower row of radial holes. Rod and the washer are interconnected by a pin arranged in vertical through grooves of the support pipe. In transport position rod covers upper row of radial holes of support pipe, at that lower row of radial holes of support pipe is interconnected with internal cavity of support pipe under rod. In operating position rod is limited by vertical through slots of support tube axial movement down with tight overlapping lower row of radial holes of support pipe, at that, on upper and lower ends of support pipe there are spring centralizers, equipped with external overflow channels, from above support pipe is connected to sealed pipe by means of adapter with outer diameter corresponding to standard sizes of elastic elements of pipe dies of preventer, wherein from below to bottom flange of preventer is fixed adapter ring, fixed on support flange of inclined well, and in axial channel preventer through adapter ring there is lower centralizer, top centralizer is secured from above to axial channel of preventer; at that, the sealed pipe is connected from above to the support pipe and is hydraulically connected to the unit providing injection of the working agent. Support pipe can be hydraulically connected with movable steam generator plant, with possibility of injecting water vapour with temperature of 190–250 °C into the well. Support pipe can be hydraulically connected with pump unit, with possibility of delivery of process fluid. Self-sealing collar and elastic seals of pipe bores preventer are made of heat-resistant rubber.
EFFECT: technical tasks of the invention are design simplification and manufacturing cost reduction, improvement of the preventer overhaul reliability and operating efficiency, as well as expansion of functional and technological capabilities of bench for pressure meter preventer in well, as well as providing tightness of device during pressure exposure of preventer, including using steam.
