FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing equipment of wellheads of oil and gas wells during their operation and repair in order to ensure safety, prevention and elimination of oil, gas and water ingress (OGWI), including at wells with inclined mouth of two-row pipe string, protection of entrails and environment. Preventer comprises upper and lower flanges rigidly connected to housing equipped with vertical circular axial channel, in housing relative to axial channel there are symmetrically arranged upper and lower rows of side horizontal channels, longitudinal axes of side horizontal channels are located perpendicular to axis of vertical channel of preventer body, in each of lateral horizontal channels with possibility of longitudinal movement there installed are ram blocks, in which there are tube rams provided with elastic seals, and manual control drives of rams, which include driving rods of rams, having threaded connections for interaction with covers screwed into the housing. Spaces of ram blocks in cross section have rectangular shape, and elastic seals are arranged in slots made in pipe rams. Upper part of the axial channel of the body is equipped with a conical mounting surface narrowing downwards with possibility of installation of a replaceable ball valve in it. In the upper flange symmetrically and perpendicularly to the axial channel of the body there are additional horizontal channels having a round shape in cross section, in the outside in additional horizontal channels in the sealed version side screw stops are screwed, interacting with sliding cylindrical slides arranged in horizontal channels. Retractable slides are equipped with key and shaped slots, upper flange is equipped with keys, installed in key slots of sliding slides, having the possibility of radial movement within key slots and rigid fixation of replaceable sealing insert in conical mounting surface of body with shaped slots of slides. During the lowering and lifting operations in the well with the two-row string in the ram blocks of the upper lateral horizontal channels there are tube rams with elastic seals for sealing of the pipe string with the minimum outer diameter, and in ram blocks of lower lateral horizontal channels there arranged are tube rams with elastic seals for sealing of pipe string with maximum outer diameter.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of technological capabilities due to improved design, providing performance of lowering and lifting operations with two-row string, higher efficiency and safety of operations at occurrence and elimination of OGWI, higher tightness in case of steam release.
