FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and is intended for crimping of preventer in inclined well and / or at bench well of production service base. Bench for crimping a preventer at a well includes a support pipe passing through the preventer housing, an external cylindrical recess made on the support pipe, in the external cylindrical sample from below upward there is a support plate made from below under the cone, tapering from top to bottom, rubber collar, clamping plate, wherein in the support pipe there is a vertical through slot in which the finger is installed with the possibility of limited movement within the vertical through slot, support and clamping plates are equipped with taper chamfers for rubber cuff to prevent leakage of ends of rubber cuff by support and clamping plates during their sealing on well, as well as support washer, guide pin, groove and pump. Washer is installed on support pipe above external cylindrical recess and is spring-loaded upwards from clamping plate. Support pipe above washer is equipped with row of radial channels. Pin installed in the vertical through groove is rigidly fixed on one side in the washer, and on the other side the pin is rigidly fixed in the stem plugged from above by the floor. In the upper part of the hollow stock there is a row of radial holes, and in the lower part the hollow stock is equipped with a vertical blind slot, into which there is a guide pin rigidly fixed in the support pipe below the vertical through slot. In transport position radial channels of support pipe and radial holes of hollow stock are aligned with each other, and in working position hollow stock, pin and washer have the possibility of restricted vertical movement downwards. On the lower end of the support pipe there is a spring-loaded centraliser, and on the upper end of the support pipe there is a rigid centraliser equipped with external overflow channels. Support pipe is connected from above to the sealed pipe by means of a transition sleeve, an external diameter corresponding to standard sizes of elastic elements of preventer rams. Centraliser is fixed from the top on the preventer. Sealed tube connected from above to the support pipe is hydraulically connected to the pump.
EFFECT: bench allows simplifying the design, reducing prime cost of manufacturing, improving reliability and efficiency in operation, enlarging manufacturing capabilities of preventer crimping.
