DEVICE FOR COLLECTION OF OIL IN JERRICANS DURING MAINTENANCE OF MACHINES Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC F16N31/00

Abstract RU 2732276 C1

FIELD: valve industry; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanics (to valve industry and machine building), in particular to devices for draining liquids from crankcase cavities of machines, and can be used for their maintenance and repair both in field and stationary conditions. Device for oil collection into jerricans during maintenance of machines is proposed. It consists of a funnel with a tube for it, an adapter located in this tube, with vertically built into it drain pipes, number of which is more than one, and jerricans for oil of equal capacity installed on base, number of which is equal to number of drain tubes. Tube with funnel and adapter are arranged vertically and by means of rod in the form of rack are connected on thread to disc with supports.

EFFECT: device has the possibility of simultaneous draining of oil from crankcase cavity of machine into several jerricans with small capacity; at that, stability of jerricans on base is provided, since they are arranged horizontally, and the level of collected oil in them below the arrangement of the necks, which reduces the possibility of turnover jerricans with accidental force action on them, and this reduces the risk of spillage of oil.
