FIELD: drying equipment.

SUBSTANCE: condensation dryer relates to drying equipment, specifically to condensation driers, and can be used for drying of lumber and vegetal raw materials. Drier includes drying chamber 1 with circulation, conditioning and heat pump, having calorifier 2 and drier 3. Drier 3 houses condensate collector 4 and condensate trap 5. Circulation and air conditioning system comprises fan 6 and has a perforated false ceiling 7, false walls 8 and false floor 9. Behind false walls 8 on both sides of drying chamber 1 heat exchangers are arranged in the form of a heat pump drier 3. False floor 9 is equipped with air injection nozzles 10, main calorifier 11 is located above it, in which liquid heat carrier circulates, heat exchangers in the form of calorifier 2 of compression heat pump are arranged under it in side parts of drying chamber 1. Compressor 12 together with fan 6 are connected with internal combustion engine 14 outside drying chamber, dryer is equipped with gasifier 17. Internal combustion engine 14 and gasifier 17 are equipped with heat exchanger of "water-air" type 16 for heating of liquid heat carrier, as well as circulation pump for supply of liquid heat carrier into main calorifier 11.

EFFECT: invention allows providing autonomy due to generation of own electric power from wood and vegetal wastes and reducing costs due to use of a compression heat pump in it.
