SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cleaning milking equipment. Analysis system for evaluating the process of cleaning a pipeline structure for milk transportation comprises a fluid inlet, an injector, a sensor device and a data processor. Indicator generated by the data processor reflects the cross-section profile of the plug in at least one position in the pipeline structure. Sensor device is configured to repeatedly transmit updates of the measured parameter to the data processor. Data processor is configured to assign a quality level to the plug based on the slope criterion relative to the cross-sectional shape of the plug in the pipeline structure. Fluid is introduced into pipeline structure through inlet, and gas is injected through injector. Parameter related to plug is measured by means of sensor device. Cleaning process quality indicator is created based on the parameter measured by the sensor device.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning milking equipment.
