FIELD: wireless communication technique.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. Method carried out by a wireless device comprises steps of receiving a first downlink control channel message, which schedules a first transmission over a downlink shared channel, receiving a second downlink control channel message which schedules a second transmission over a downlink shared channel, and determining an uplink control channel resource to be used to transmit uplink control information to a network node. Uplink control information comprises a feedback in the form of a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) for both the first downlink transmission and the second downlink transmission, and determining uplink control channel resources for transmitting uplink control information comprises determining uplink control channel resources based on: (a) a signal received from a network node, and (b) determining resources made by the wireless device based on the last received message from the first communication channel of the downlink control channel and the second downlink control channel message. Method further includes a step of transmitting uplink control information using a determined uplink control channel resource.

EFFECT: technical result is increased transmission channel capacity.
