Invention also relates to a method for its preparation, the method involves preparing an aqueous suspension by dispersing zinc oxide microparticles and/or zinc oxide nanoparticles in an aqueous solution containing phospho-citric acid.

EFFECT: coating composition is suitable for coating porous materials and has high antimicrobial and anti-salt activity.
