SUBSTANCE: invention relates to asset transfer method and device. Disclosed is a method, in which: receiving a request for transfer of a first sum of assets based on chains of blocks; determining the second member of the chain of blocks and several intermediate members of the chain of blocks, which store assets on the basis of chains of blocks, issued by the same anchor point; initiating a contract asset transfer operation based on the asset transfer condition; after contract operation of transfer of assets takes effect, operations carried out in the same atomic transaction, comprise steps of: receiving a first sum of assets based on chains of blocks, which are issued by the first anchor point and are transferred from the previous neighboring member of the chain of blocks, and converting the second sum of the assets based on the block chains issued by the second anchor point to the next adjacent member of the chain of blocks, wherein asset transfer condition is used to indicate a numerical relationship between transferred with crediting assets of corresponding intermediate member of chain of blocks in first anchor point and in second anchor point, so that the first and second sums of assets satisfy this numerical interrelation.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of safety when transferring assets between different members of chain of blocks.
