DEVICE FOR LUNG VENTILATION WITH FLUID Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61H31/00 A61M16/00

Abstract RU 2732639 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Device for lung ventilation with fluid comprises a membrane pump, a accumulating tank for respiratory fluid with an oxygenator and a thermostat, automatic electromagnetic proportional valves, a control unit and a respiratory liquid circulation system, which is made in the form of two circuits – a circuit for preparing the respiratory fluid and a circuit for pumping and removing the respiratory fluid. Circuits have one common diaphragm pump. Respiratory fluid preparation circuit comprises two automatic electromagnetic proportional valves controlled by a control unit, accumulating tank for respiratory liquid with oxygenator and thermostat and scales for mass measurement of accumulating tank. Contour of pumping and removal of respiratory fluid includes two automatic electromagnetic proportional valves, controlled by a control unit and connected via a tee to the endotracheal tube and equipped with a pressure draft gauge, which, as well as scales for mass measurement of accumulating tank, is connected to control unit by feedback circuit for control over operation of automatic electromagnetic proportional valves. Elements of both circuits are connected by pipelines.

EFFECT: technical result is providing pulmonary ventilation with respiratory fluid when selecting physicochemical characteristics of respiratory fluid and respiratory regimens.
