SUBSTANCE: invention relates to autonomous devices for early diagnosis and prevention of epileptic seizures. Device comprises a measuring chamber containing an emitter and isolated from external effects. Emitter has two light-emitting diodes, one of which emits waves of visible radiation spectrum, and the other one emits in infrared radiation spectrum. Emitter is configured to generate penetrating radiation on part of body placed in insulating measuring chamber. Device also comprises photoreceiver connected to recording and amplifying incoming signals computing unit, a unit for wireless transmission of received information signals to a distance to a medical center and an injection unit of the medicinal agent. Injection unit consists of a capsule with insulin and a sterile needle connected through a tube with a regulator. Emitter is connected to the control unit controlling pressure pressing on the capsule from the excess pressure source.

EFFECT: possibility of diagnosing and preventing epileptic seizures at early stages.
