SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Self-contained protective therapeutic diagnostic device for treating ischemic heart disease (IHD) and acute developing complications and sudden death comprises an electro-cardio-registrar, a control unit connected to it, self-contained power supply unit and a unit with heating function, made in the form of a waistcoat with heating elements for application on a projection area of liver, gall bladder, spleen, thoracic lymphatic duct and pancreas. Heating elements are connected to power supply source and profiled in compliance with configuration of back and abdominal area. Control unit is configured to switch on heating elements in acute developing coronary heart disease, heart rhythm and conduction. Device comprises an alarm unit surrounding the onset of cardiac function disorder by light and sound indication, a unit for transmitting data from the electro-cardio-registrar by wireless channel, unit for transmitting coordinates of a patient's location in an ambulance station using a built-in satellite navigation unit. Drug injection unit (15) of the device consists of a cartridge with a set of medicinal agents in capsules (16) with sterile needles tightly isolated from air by containers, connected through tubes (17) with regulator (18) connected to control unit to control speed and sequence of pressing action on capsules from excess pressure source (19), and a sterile preventive catheter (20) for intravenous drug administration. Waistcoat is made of fabric, which protects from piercing-cutting effects, including the bulletproof vest.

EFFECT: higher effectiveness of preventing IHD and developing complications in the form of acute coronary heart disease, conduction and heart rhythm, cardiogenic shock and sudden death.
